Owner/CEO
Federico Peña
Federico (aka Fred) has a Bachelor of Architecture (Structures) degree and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structures) degree from Texas Tech University and has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years.
His exposure to the building industry from a regulatory aspect, gives him a unique advantage and insight on the approval process and the legal aspects of the building construction industry.
The combination of Bachelor degrees, coupled with over 35 years of work experience in the construction industry, places him in a position to make sound, effective, and efficient decisions, when it comes to the interpretation of architectural construction plans and specifications for the aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems in Texas.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide accurate, timely, reliable, highest-quality shop drawings to the aluminum storefront and curtain wall fabricators in the State of Texas, while at the same time providing the highest level of service.
Our Vision
The vision of Precision Plans Texas is to be the first-choice provider of shop drawings to every aluminum storefront and curtain wall system fabricator in the State of Texas.
Community Involvement
We are proud of the State of Texas, where we live and work, and giving back is an integral part of our company values. Precision Plans Texas, LLC, has donated funds and drawings to various community groups such as the South Texas Botanical Garden and Nature Center, Jericho Sage Farm Camp for the Foster and Adopt Community, Meadowbrook Elementary School and Summit Church Texas. Our company is vigilant to assist with the needs of non-profit organizations that we cross paths with.
