Precision Plans Texas, LLC, provides shop drawings for the fabrication of aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems in the State of Texas.

We help the storefront and curtain wall fabricators build and erect aluminum fenestration systems by providing the necessary shop drawings that will pass the approval process of General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Permitting Agencies. 

Shop drawings are required for most Government Buildings, including schools, City and County buildings, State Facilities, Military Installations, and for certain permitting agencies. 

We also provide anchoring drawings that reflect the Texas Department of Insurance Guidelines for most localities situated along the coast that require anchoring drawings for commercial buildings.

Our shop drawings give the fabricator detailed dimensions to build and install the aluminum window and entrance systems, and they also provide an accurate historical record for future reference.

The Shop Drawings are done in AudoCAD and include the cover sheet, floor plan(s), elevation(s), and details of the aluminum windows and entrances.  Anchoring drawings are also provided when requested.

As-built drawings can also be provided when requested.
